Lindstrøm is a restaurant aboard the newest Hurtigruten explorer ship MS Amundsen.
The restaurant is named after and honors the
legacy of the polar explorer and chef Adolf Henrik Lindstrøm, who took part in many of the most important polar expeditions in the nineteen hundreds.
The Lindstrøm restaurant serve contemporary international cuisine rooted in the traditional Norwegian kitchen.
