Kokkelære is Bocuse D'or medalist and restauranteur Tom Victor Gausdal´s cookbook. Kokkelære is one of the most complete and useful cookbooks ever published in Norwegian with 1,555 recipes divided into 35 chapters, covering all areas in the modern kitchen. Kokkelære was awarded Norwegian Cookbook of the year 2015.
